Made from an ancient variety of figs introduced in the 18th century by a noble family from Macerata, it captures all the delicacy of the ripe fruit in an authentic and refined preparation. Its soft, chunky texture, enriched with the fig’s characteristic natural seeds, releases a sweet and enveloping flavour. Excellent paired with white meats and delicate blue-veined cheeses such as mild gorgonzola, it adds an elegant and harmonious touch to any dish.
