DELIVERY TERMS
The verification of the shipment’s integrity is the responsibility of the Customer at the time of delivery. The Customer must therefore check the integrity of the packages as well as the quantitative and qualitative correspondence of the products. Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested by making a written reservation on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Acceptance of the goods without such contestation or reservation to the carrier, which must be noted on the transport document, shall constitute recognition of the conformity of the delivery in terms of both quantity and quality. The right of withdrawal is reserved under the terms and conditions indicated in the document accessible via this link.
Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) to avoid storage in the carriers’ warehouses. Delivery times, calculated from the confirmation and payment of the order, are 2–4 working days for the mainland and 4–6 working days for the islands. The Customer is advised that the estimated shipping and delivery times are purely indicative and cannot be fully relied upon. In the case of payment by bank transfer, shipping will take place once the credit has been verified on the account of Eat Voilà by Davide Paolino. For this reason, a few additional working days may be required. Carriers are not authorized to leave purchased goods unattended. Therefore, the Customer is requested to provide delivery preferences when placing the order. For the delivery of the purchased product, the Customer may choose their residence, workplace, or the private address of another person of their choice, whose residence is located within the European Union or outside of it.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The Customer may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment. No charges will apply in this case.
PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices shown include VAT, containers, and packaging. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties will be borne by the recipient and added to the shipping costs. Product prices may vary, either upwards or downwards; therefore, the Customer is advised to check their accuracy before placing an order. In the event of a pricing error caused by system malfunctions or technical issues, Eat Voilà will promptly contact the Customer to inform them of the correct price and to verify whether they still wish to confirm the purchase or cancel the order. Delivery to the address provided by the Customer is included in the price for all orders over €69.00. For lower amounts, a fixed shipping fee of €9.80 applies. The same conditions also apply to shipments within the European Union: free for orders over €99.00 and with a fixed fee of €9.80 for lower amounts.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer may choose from the following payment methods, regardless of the purchase channel: a) Cash on delivery: Payment can be made in cash or, in most areas with mobile network coverage, via Bancomat or Contactless Credit Card. Cash payments are allowed only up to the maximum limit set by law and must be handed directly to the courier upon delivery.
b) Electronic payments: Through the options available at the time of order, including credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay (only on Apple devices), Klarna. Eat Voila uses Adyen’s payment gateway for processing electronic transactions. Credit cards from any bank are accepted, provided they belong to authorized networks. Charges are applied at the time of order. In case of issues during authorization or payment, Eat Voila reserves the right to refuse the order and/or cancel the contract without any liability for compensation or claims. Eat Voila may introduce additional electronic payment methods, which will be announced on the website.
c) Advance bank transfer: Any bank transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
INVOICES
Eat Voila di Davide Paolino is exempt from the obligation to issue invoices to end consumers under Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633/72, Article 2 letter oo) of Presidential Decree of December 21, 1996, No. 696, and Article 1, paragraph 1, letter a) of Ministerial Decree of May 10, 2019. However, invoices must be issued for professional customers. Customers who wish to receive an invoice must request it at the time of order by providing the required tax information. The same requirements apply to phone or postal orders.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer agrees to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information necessary for proper delivery of the goods, and not to place orders that may disrupt, damage, or malfunction Eat Voila di Davide Paolino’s services, nor for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or to harm Eat Voila di Davide Paolino or third parties. In such cases, Eat Voila reserves the right to cancel the order, suspend or deactivate the customer’s account, and notify the competent authorities. Registered users agree to safeguard their login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities performed using their account. They are also solely responsible for the information provided during registration or ordering, including errors in shipping details. Eat Voila is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the Customer.
SHIPPING RULES
If the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, Eat Voila di Davide Paolino will promptly notify the Customer via email or, in the absence of a valid email, by phone. Eat Voila is not responsible for unforeseen delays in delivery. Except in cases of force majeure, products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day after the order is placed. The Customer may cancel the order in any case. If a product is unavailable, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used:

Electronic payment (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.): full refund;

Credit card: full chargeback and re-debit of the amount minus the unavailable product;

Advance bank transfer: full refund to the bank account provided by the Customer or by check.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once the products have been shipped, Eat Voila will send the Customer a confirmation email and, to ensure delivery security, will retain the tracking number for each shipment.
