Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND SOLUTION
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods, provided they are intact and in the same condition as delivered (unless the product was not to their liking), without giving any reason or incurring any cost, even after the 14-day withdrawal period provided by the Consumer Code.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or discrepancies in the number of parcels or labels caused during transport must be reported within 24 hours by placing a written reservation on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier document is signed, the customer can no longer dispute the external condition of the delivered goods.

The customer is responsible for the risks and shipping costs related to returns. The refund will be issued to the credit card account used for the payment or, alternatively, via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer.
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED
Sale and/or customized items or products made upon the Customer’s request.
