A delicious cream made with Taggiasca olives and extra virgin olive oil, with an intense and harmonious flavour enhanced by the typical slightly bitter note of this Ligurian variety. Perfect for seasoning pasta, spreading on bruschetta and crostini, or adding a Mediterranean and refined touch to aperitifs and your favourite dishes.
