THE FILIPPO CEA CULTIVAR
Cultivated in Apulia, between Foggia and Manfredonia, at the foot of the Gargano, Filippo Cea almonds are considered among the finest in the world for their excellent organoleptic qualities. Native to Toritto, they are distinguished by their sweet and harmonious flavor, ideal for artisanal pastry and almond milk. Their value is also recognized by Slow Food, which has included them in the Presidia protecting Italy’s finest agricultural productions.
