Ingredients: BUFFALO MILK, rennet and salt
Origin of milk: ITALY
Packaging: Primary: the product is packed in heat-sealed polypropylene bags. All packaging used is food-compatible, as required by National and EU legislation (DM 21.03.1973 and amendments, Reg. EC 1935/2004; Reg. EC 2023/2006; Reg. EC 10/2011). Secondary: the packs are placed in thermoformed polystyrene boxes.
Storage: keep refrigerated at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.
Logistics: transport in refrigerated vehicle at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.
Shelf life: 20 days from the production date, expressed as dd/mm/yy and/or dd/mm/yyyy and/or dd/month/yy. The date ensures that the microbiological properties of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana remain unchanged, provided that the storage conditions are respected.
