The most authentic recipe of the Ligurian tradition: fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, cheese, and a touch of garlic come together in a velvety, fragrant cream. Prepared without preservatives, it preserves all the flavor of freshly picked basil. Perfect for dressing pasta in the classic way, but also for enriching bruschetta, rice salads, or fish dishes—it’s the condiment that brings the full freshness and essence of the Mediterranean to the table.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, basil (at least 18%), Grana Padano ( MILK , salt, rennet, lysozyme ( EGG protein), pine nuts, Fiore Sardo ( MILK, salt, rennet), salt, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid. May contain traces of other nuts.
Contains no preservatives. Does not contain GMOs.
Conservation: the product must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature not exceeding 4°C.
Expiration: fresh pesto alla genovese, when stored properly, is shelf-life 30 days from the production date. Read the expiration date on the label.
