With its sweet-and-sour and slightly tangy flavor, the ripe white fig turns into a soft and shiny jelly, crafted through a slow and delicate process that preserves its fragrance and freshness. Clear and seedless, it offers the palate the typical sweetness of freshly picked figs, with elegant and enveloping notes. Surprising when paired with aged cheeses, grilled white and red meats, or with rich and semi-fat cheeses such as goat cheese. Also ideal for enriching a risotto, it adds a refined and original touch to any recipe.
