Handcrafted with craft beer and agar-agar, a natural plant-based thickener rich in minerals and valuable trace elements. The gelling process takes place without altering the authentic taste of the beer, preserving its aromas and character. The result is a soft and clear jelly, with a color ranging from pale yellow to deep amber depending on the beer used. On the nose, it releases the typical, enveloping scent of craft beer, turning into an original and surprising condiment.

Contains no alcohol: the alcohol completely evaporates during open-pot cooking.

Beer origin: Bottle-conditioned craft beer or Belgian craft beer
Contains gluten from beer

Storage:
Store in a cool, dark place at room temperature.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at +4 °C and consume within about 15 days.
