A unique seasoning, obtained through the natural fermentation process of capers, without whole capers inside. During maturation, the capers release their vegetative water, which is absorbed by the sea salt, enriching it with intense fragrance and flavor. What was once considered a processing discard is today a rare and precious delicacy: an aromatic salt, ideal for raw use on salads, meat or fish dishes, and fresh cheeses. A simple yet refined touch that adds Mediterranean character to every preparation. (May contain small fragments of capers).
