Fresh stretched-curd cheese, made with buffalo’s milk and hand-braided in the traditional plaited shape. Origin of milk: ITALY
Packaging: Primary: the product is packaged in heat-sealed polypropylene bags. All packaging used is compatible with food as required by national and European regulations (Ministerial Decree 21.03.1973 and subsequent amendments, EC Regulation 1935/2004; EC Regulation 2023/2006; EC Regulation 10/2011).
Secondary: the packages are placed in a thermoformed polystyrene box.
Conservation: store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0°C. and +4°C.
Logistics: transport in refrigerated vehicles at a temperature between 0°C. and +4°C.
Expiration date: 16 days from the production date, expressed as dd/mm/yy and/or dd/mm/yyyy and/or dd/month/yy. This date guarantees that the microbiological properties of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana remain intact, provided the storage conditions are respected.
