100% Italian turnip tops, carefully selected and processed immediately after harvest to preserve their freshness and authentic flavor. Lightly blanched and enriched with extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley, and a touch of chili, they release all the strength of Neapolitan tradition. The undisputed stars on pizza with sausage, friarielli in oil are also perfect for filling rustic sandwiches with ricotta or for accompanying main courses. Delicious as a side dish, either plain or sautéed in a pan, they always deliver an intense and unmistakable taste.
