Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
It is made from the slow fermentation of cooked grape musts, sourced from the area of origin, expertly blended with aliquots of strong wine vinegar. It is naturally aged in small barrels made of fine woods such as oak, chestnut, and mulberry, following local traditions. With a harmonious and enveloping flavor, it is a versatile condiment that can be used in a myriad of dishes, from appetizers to desserts.
Ingredients: cooked must, wine vinegar. Contains SULPHITES. - Acidity: 6% - Density: 1,25%
