Obtained from an ancient variety of figs introduced in the 18th century by a noble family from Macerata, it encapsulates all the delicacy of the ripe fruit in an authentic and refined preparation. Its soft, chunky texture, enriched with the characteristic natural seeds of the fig, releases a sweet and enveloping flavour. Excellent paired with white meats and delicate blue-veined cheeses such as mild gorgonzola, it brings an elegant and harmonious touch to any dish.
